Services
Three paths,
one standard of care.
Each service is designed for a different situation, but all are approached with the same attention to what your watch actually needs — not what is fastest or simplest to perform.
Request a ServiceOur methodology
How we approach every service
Assess first
Before any work begins, the watch is examined and findings are shared with you clearly. Cost and scope are agreed; only then does work proceed.
Work with care
Each stage is handled without haste. Where decisions arise during the work, we stop and consult you rather than making assumptions.
Return with documentation
Every watch comes back with a written account of what was done, measurements where applicable, and guidance on care going forward.
01 — Light Service
Light Service & Adjustment
A gentle tune-up suited to watches that run reasonably well but would benefit from some attention. Accessible movement parts are cleaned, lubrication is refreshed, bracelet or strap fit is adjusted, and timing is regulated within a comfortable range. Crown and crystal are inspected, and practical advice on ongoing upkeep is given. This is a good starting point for a watch returning to regular wear after a period of rest.
What is included
- Cleaning of accessible movement components
- Light lubrication at key points
- Timing regulation on timegrapher
- Bracelet or strap fit adjustment
- Crown and crystal inspection
- Written upkeep guidance on return

02 — Full Overhaul
Movement Overhaul
A complete service for movements that have become unreliable or noticeably off-time. The watch is fully disassembled, all components cleaned in an ultrasonic bath, freshly lubricated, and carefully reassembled. Balance wheel and mainspring are reviewed; those showing wear are renewed as needed. Seals are replaced and water resistance tested where the watch's design allows. Suited to well-used daily watches that have not been serviced in some years.
What is included
- Full disassembly of movement
- Ultrasonic cleaning of all components
- Fresh lubrication at all bearing points
- Balance wheel and mainspring review
- Seal replacement and pressure test
- Timegrapher measurement and tuning

03 — Restoration
Sentimental Piece Restoration
A careful, end-to-end restoration for watches that carry real personal meaning. A parent's dress watch, a graduation gift, a piece passed down through a family. The movement receives a full overhaul, while the case and dial are restored in keeping with their original character — not made to look new, but returned to what they were. Every choice is discussed with you; nothing is altered without your wish. Photographs are taken at each significant stage and shared with you at the end.
What is included
- Full movement overhaul (as above)
- Case restoration faithful to original character
- Dial assessment and sympathetic treatment
- Stage-by-stage photographs
- Every decision made in consultation with you
- Written care notes and full photo record on return
